German sports car manufacturer Porsche will soon launch planned finance options for its high end cars. It has plans to link with two leading institutions to bag sales of 200 units this year in the domestic market.
Porsche has set up shop in India since the last two and a half years. It sells models like the Cayman SUV, Boxster, Carrera, and Cayman. It has sold 136 vehicles till September this year. Porsche sold 101 vehicles last year. As per its plans, it aims to launch two new models in the Indian market.
This includes a hybrid and a sedan through its solitary Delhi based importer Precision Cars India (PCI). Its managing director Rod Wallace said mentioned. “We are negotiating with two leading banks to provide retail finance for Porsche cars in India. Around 25% of our cars are sold through finance and we are looking at enhancing customer experience and developing long-term financial partnerships in India.”
