Every two years, bike makers from across the globe showcase their latest lineup and concept designs at Intermot in Germany. World’s top motorcycle seller Honda unveiled its 2009 range of bikes which includes the Honda CBF Stunner 125 motorcycle for the European market. Its Indian arm the Honda Motorcycle &Scooter Pvt. Limited rolled out the Honda CBF Stunner 125 in August this year.
The all new stunner borrows its chassis and power plant from the popular Honda Shine. But the new bike would have a 5-speed transmission. The same motorcycle would now be available in Europe across Honda dealerships as the Honda CBF Stunner 125.It would have the same power output of 11.1PS and 11Nm of torque as its Indian twin. But the European models have an improved form of Honda's reputed Fuel Injection system to stay in accordance with UK's strict EURO-3 emission norms.
The 125 cc bike is aimed at young bikers in their early twenties. The increasing demand for small capacity bikes is surely going to make this 125cc bike a huge success. It aims to capture the fancy of novice riders and those looking for a hassle free commuting experience through crowded cities.
