Panasonic, a worldwide leader in manufacturing electronic products, has released its latest model LUMIX DMC-G1. LUMIX DMC-G1 is the first Micro Four Thirds System camera. LUMIX G1 digital camera is available in black, red and blue colors.

LUMIX G1 comes with LUMIX G VARIO 14-45mm / F3.5-5.6 ASPH/MEGA O.I.S. kit lens. It has an innovative Contrast AF (Auto Focus) system which is perfect and swift. LUMIX G1's is featured with its sharp Auto mode and it holds AF Tracking, Intelligent Exposure, MEGA O.I.S., Intelligent ISO, Intelligent Scene Selector and Face Detection. With its less weight and additional features LUMIX G1 makes digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) camera users astonishing.

LUMIX G1 has Live View Finder which provides high resolution corresponding to 1,440,000-dots. Live View Finder enables users to capture the exact image with more clarity. The information related to the camera settings can also be viewed. It provides quality images and it is more compact. Further, it has a free angle 3.0-inch LCD, which allows users to view the tunings they made. It has a learning tool which aids in visualizing the image prior to capturing the picture.

Panasonic is also planning to swell its Micro Four Thirds System cameras and lenses in the coming year by integrating High Definition Video capabilities. It is available at the price of $799.95. LUMIX G VARIO 45-200mm / F4.0-5.6/MEGA O.I.S. telephoto Micro Four Thirds lens is also available at the cost of $349.95.
