AIS and Research In Motion (RIM) announced the launch of the BlackBerry Bold smartphone in Thailand. Priced at 32,900 Baht, the BlackBerry Bold is available now at AIS’ authorized channels nationally.

This new breakthrough BlackBerry smartphone, which is crafted from premium materials and features a luxurious black exterior with satin chrome-finished frame and leatherette backplate, will come with a Thai QWERTY keyboard and localization support to allow Thai language input and display. The BlackBerry Bold is the first BlackBerry smartphone to support tri-band HSDPA high-speed networks around the world and includes integrated GPS as well as enterprise-grade Wi-Fi. The BlackBerry Bold smartphone is an ideal choice for both business professionals and power users.
