The company has achieved a milestone with the sale of more than 2 million units worldwide since October 2008 and now intends to achieve a target of about 10 million. This phone was earlier launched in four attractive colors namely Black, Vandyke brown, Anodizing Silver, and elegant Gold. Now it will be available in ten amazing colors and the company also plans to offer more color options in future.

Crafted with touch functionality, the LG Cookie integrates advanced features which are usually found in premium full touchscreen handsets. More than 1.2 million handsets were sold in Europe whereas in Asia and other emerging markets about 6000, 000 units were sold. The company also claims that the this phone is currently the most popular phone in Korea with the sale of 100, 000 handsets and it has recorded one-day sale of 4, 500 units.

This phone is equipped with easily accessible multimedia features, 3 megapixel camera and allows users to enjoy motion sensor games on its 3-inch display. The phone is said to be available in 40 countries while the company plans to expand it to about 60 countries.
