Acer unveils H Series LCD Monitors

Acer announced Acer H Series LCD monitors that boast of 1920 x 1080 full HD widescreen display with 16:9 aspect ratio. The H series monitor also feature Acer Sensor Touch technology for touch-sensitive controls.

The all new SensorTouch has advanced touch sending technology for touch sensitive controls. Acer SensorTouch is equipped with digital connectivity options via an HDMI port and a DVI-D port (HDCP support) which ensures hassle-free connectivity to pure-digital devices. Response time of up to 2 ms G/G enables Acer LCDs to deliver high-quality moving pictures for 3D games and videos.

Acer eColor Management makes feasible ultimate image quality while allowing the user to control various parameters like uniform brightness, fine contrast, adaptive gamma, optimized sharpness, independent hue, ultra-saturation and adaptive color. It makes use of a very high contrast ratio of at least 10000:1; Acer monitors with Acer Adaptive Contrast Management (ACM) offer stunning picture quality and dramatic improvement of gradation and detail specifically for dimmer and brighter scenes.

The intelligent ACM technology analyses every scene and adjusts the parameters frame by frame to improve the color quality and also allows the LCD monitor to use less power and save energy, said the company.
