Hollywood actress and singer Scarlett Johansson is moving ahead in the music world by releasing a second album. This music album was recorded nearly two years bore her 2008 music debut.

Born in New York on 22 November 1984, she has released an album of Tom Waits covers, Anywhere I Lay My Head. Scarlett Johansson has acted in the movie ‘Lost in Translation’, for which she won a BAFTA award. She also has acted in other films like 'The Horse Whisper’ and ‘Ghost World’.

Her latest album is a collection of duets along with singer/songwriter Peter Yorn, which is titled ‘Break Up’. This collection was recorded way back in 2006, but it has actually taken three years for its release.

According to reports by USA Today, the album was inspired by Serge Gainsboroug’s 1960 recordings with Brigitte Bardot. This album will be launched at stores this September.
