Several car makers are sprucing up for the upcoming car launch. The election results have sent the markets soaring and this is indeed good news for car manufacturers. There are better vibes in the car market and manufacturers are hoping for sales charts to show a positive trend.

Honda Jazz
Honda Jazz will be launched on June 10. It will be the first small car on hatchback model from the Honda stable. This super-mini comes with 1.2-litre iVTEC engine and a host of roomy interiors. Honda Jazz is capable of making other cars in its segment take a back seat; where interior space and designs are concerned. It is designed for better fuel efficiency and more refined performance than the other cars in its segment. The car holds lots of promises in its kitty for Honda and the company expects to grab a considerable market share with its new model.

Fiat Grande Punto
Fiat Grande Punto, the Italian-design is ready to take the challenge head-on with other cars in the premium small car segment. Grande Punto was responsible for Fiat’s comeback in Europe and what Grande Punto did for Fiat in Europe, what KBC did for Amitabh Bacchan in India”. The launch of Grande Punto immediately turned the tables for the company and there was no looking back for Fiat after that. This car is known for its robust Italian design and the use of engineering of the larger Fiat cars like Linea. The car is expected on June 17 and its performance on Indian shores largely depends largely on its pricing.

Audi Q5
Audi Q5 is meant for luxury car buyers and is expected to be announced on June 5. This is a smaller and newer offering within Audi’s SUV range of cars. Audi already marks its presence in this segment with Q7 but the new Audi Q5 is good competition to Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and BMW X3. Luxury car buyers having a fancy for SUVs should certainly wait for this car and take a test drive.

Toyota Land Cruiser Prado
Toyota Land Cruiser Prado will hit the Indian shores on June 9. The car is likely to be priced around Rs. 80 lakh and a model like the Land Cruiser is engineered to last for many, many years. It is often considered as being the best model off-road car. Having traversed the rough terrain of Australia and Africa the SUV is geared up to hit the Indian stretch.

What remains to be seen is how many luxury car buyers would be willing to shell out hefty price when they have options like Volvo XC90, Porsche Cayenne, Audi Q7, Mercedes M-class and BMW X5.

Tata Indigo Vista
After the warm welcome Tata Indica Vista model received; Tata Motor is placing its bets on the new Indigo Vista model as well. Most of the mechanics of Indigo Vista model are existent in Fiat Linea. This means Tata will be offering a robust model with better mechanicals at competitive pricing. Swift Dzire is the hottest selling car in this segment and new Indigo Vista will definitely put a sturdy foot forward here.

With the June event fast approaching; car manufacturers are geared up to launch their models with zeal.
