Sonata launches 20 new variants from SUPER FIBRE

Sonata, India’s largest brand of watches from the house of TATA, today announced the launch of 20 new variants of SUPER FIBRE.  This new range comprises strong, stylish, youthful watches which target a large market in urban, semi-urban and rural India.  SUPER FIBRE’s new variants will offer tremendous choice from one of India’s most trusted brands, in a mass market which is currently dominated by unorganized players. 

Designed primarily for youth in the age group of 16 to 25 years, SUPER FIBRE watches embody style and sportiness with a rich blend of colors.  Priced between Rs. 275 to Rs. 550, all Super Fibre watches are exceptionally affordable.  

Speaking at the launch, Mr. Bhaskar Bhat, Managing Director, Titan Industries Limited, said – “Sonata is India’s largest volume brand of watches today, with a sale of over 5 million watches per year. The new variants of Super Fiber watches will appeal to young Indians across all markets, including smaller towns and villages of our country.  Their superior quality, trendy designs and affordable prices make them an unbeatable combination.  ”.

The new range of Sonata Super Fibre offers an unbeatable range with different designs and also a good mix of both, analog and digital watches.  This new range boast of a rotating bezel and scratch proof surfaces, while the digital watches offer attractive features like light inside, a stop-watch and alarms.  All the watches come with the attractive feature of being water resistant up to 30 meters.  The watches perfectly symbolize the tag line of Super Fiber, “Super Strong, Super Style”.

Sonata Super Fibre watches are made with material of superior and durable quality.  Straps are made of Poly Urethane (PU), and cases of these watches are made of ABS, making the watch much more flexible and long-lasting.  Super Fiber watches also come with a one-year replacement on the entire range.

This new variants will be supported with a strong, 360-degree marketing campaign.  This includes a newly shot advertisement with Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The new TV commercial delivers a strong statement on the watches being super strong, water resistant products for confident Indian youth, as symbolized by Dhoni and a surprise new face.

All these 20 variants of Sonata Super Fiber watches will be available in more than 12,000 authorized Sonata dealers, “World of Titan” showrooms and exclusive Sonata stores across the country.
