Mafatlal Industries Ltd., a flagship company of Arvind Mafatlal Group, is re-introducing their brand “Mafrene” in sarees. Mafatlal introducing sarees in chiffon, georgette, spun etc. Mafatlal sarees are sought after by traditional women customers in smaller towns. These sarees are available in a range of prints & qualities.

Mafatlal Fabrics are re-introducing their registered brand “Dreamz” bed fashions. These bed fashions are available in polyester- cotton fabrics and cotton fabrics.

Mafatlal offers various qualities in poplins, rubia, yarn dyed shirtings, plain shirtings, bottom wear, suitings, school uniforms, corporate uniforms etc. Mafatlal is the market leader in 100% cotton and polyester cotton white fabrics for more than 100 years. Mafatlal manufactures 12 lakhs metres of white fabrics per month. Mafatlal fabrics have now introduced many varieties in their white collections of lawns, cambric, poplins and dobbies etc. Mafatlals are concentrating in traditional products like dhotis and rubia in a major way. Their dhoti brands like ‘Maharaja’ and ‘Real Diamond’ are highly sought after by consumers. Mafatlal plans to enter ethnic wear market soon.

Mr. Raghunath M.B. Vice President (sales & Marketing) of Mafatlal Industries Ltd. stated that Mafatlal Group is strengthening their sales in local markets by increasing network of semi wholesale dealers and retail distribution channel. At present, Mafatlal has 300 semi wholesalers all over India which will be increased to 500. Mafatlal has 6000 retail outlets. Presently, Mafatlal is having 192 retail showrooms, which will be increased to 500 within 5 years.

Mafatlals are conducting a series of conferences all over India from end of June to end of August 2009. Mafatlal will organize Retail Dealers Conference at Ramada Resort in Cochin during 26 to 28 June 2009, in which 300 retailers will participate. On 1st July 2009, Mafatlal will organize Retail Fabric Dealers Conference at Bombay Shiv Sagar Hall, Camac Street, Kolkata. During 2nd to 4th July 2009, Mafatlal will exhibit its garment range by participating in garment fair at Netaji Indoor Stadium, Kolkata.

100 years old Mafatlal Industries Ltd. has two integrated 100% composite mills situated at Nadiad & Navsari in Gujarat.
