Samsung Electronics released the SAMSUNG Anycall Star S5230C, a full-touch phone with rich multimedia features. And its new 3x TouchWiZ User Interface (UI) and Classified Spreadsheet Menu (for example, Contact Spreadsheet, Tools Spreadsheet, and Multi-media Spreadsheet) offers a more user-friendly, phone navigation experience .

SAMSUNG Anycall Star S5230C adds a new Social Networking Widget to connect with various popular social networks including Facebook, MySpace, Picasa, YouTube, Flickr, etc.  Users can upload their photos easily with its “Communities” function and can keep close touch with their friends and families.

SAMSUNG Anycall  Star S5230C compact form factor provides a large 3–inch 26M color display allowing enjoyable control of the full touch function.  The screen also supports a handwriting recognition feature, which makes inputting text easier. With its Photo Contact feature, users can call and send SMS to their friends instantly when browsing the album.

The Star S5230C has a 3.2 Mega-pixel auto-focus camera with advanced camera technologies such as Smile Shot and many shooting modes and scenes. Users can also record videos in 320 x 240 pixels at 15fps. The screen can also detect which way the phone is being held and changes the display from portrait to landscape automatically. 

The Star S5230C brings an excellent listening experience to users with its Digital Natural Sound engine (DNSeTM) technology, and it also comes with an FM radio ; the music player also supports a wide range of music file formats including MP3/AAC/ AAC+/ e-AAC+/ WMA/MIDI. It also provides 85MB internal and micros  (up to 8GB) memory for enjoying music and movie..

With its built-in NetFront browser v3.5, users can also enjoy a comprehensive internet experience from their phones with a range of applications, including RSS Reader, Gmail, and GoogleTM.
