SKY announced that it is planned to unveil the next generation 3D UI, TruEmotion, to the customers via IM-R470S in coming July. It has been prepared for two years.

The 3D UI 'TruEmotion' to be unveiled this time is really a user-friendly UI considering easy use not only in the meaning of sensitivity as you can comprehend from the word "true". Its VGA grade 3.2 inch wide screen allows rich color display and wider and deeper UI is provided to allow smooth movement of 3D cube when choosing a menu entry and easy viewing as well.  
 
■ Intelligent_A simple and easy menu offered needed in current situation.
 3D UI 'TruEmotion' works to optimize the menu entries that are very suited to your current situation to display. With complicated features of handset, you need to go through complicated steps of selection for choosing a feature on existing UI, however 3D UI 'TruEmotion' provides only necessary features in current situation. That is, the new time of two way UI is stared, which provides a menu suited to current situation to the user for him/her to select than existing one way UI which shows one-sided menu.

■ Easy Access_A spatial sense is added to SKY’s existing four direction plane menu access.
Existing four direction UI applied to all previous SKY handsets is succeeded to 'TruEmotion' and enhanced to apply SKY Manager, SKY Media, Phone Directory and SKY Diary to each surface of 3D cube as they are to allow the users who do not know touch feature well to access the menu entries they desire more quickly and interestingly.

Especially, the four direction 3D menu applied to SKY 3D UI 'TruEmotion' allows the users to enjoy various features of touch handset with its quick, smart and accurate response to operation of the users than any other handsets where the feature has been applied to.

■ Dynamic Emotion_various screen changes and new experience of new UI.
3D UI 'TruEmotion' emphasizes dynamic emotion. Typically, it can show various screen change effects responding user's emotion and character. In 3D screen changes using other space over current screen, 'TruEmotion' displays more logic and refined 3D UI through dynamic screen change with link to user's sensitivity than existing touch handsets those emphasize only technical elements.
 
In addition, 'TruEmotion' is prominent with various dynamic operations since the features such as Drag & Drop and Flicking in addition to existing touch-only are available in the moment the user touch the screen.

■ Responding to all the touches.
IM-R470S applied with 3D UI ‘TruEmotion’ uses resistive touch screen to respond to all the touches than capacitive screen that has limitation in responding to touches. Capacitive screen can not respond to fine touches while IM-R470S with resistive touch screen can minimize errors when selecting menu entries due to complicated and diversified menu structure with integration of the features of handset, and the basic concept of touch is substantially used to handset. 
 
Upgraded graphic style, SKY's refined sensitivity and consideration of the users and, first of all, the technology succeeded to SKY's unique properties and such developed are combined harmoniously which has created SKY touch 3D UI---'TruEmotion'.

IM-R470S applied 3D UI, 'TruEmotion', for touch use is to be launched in coming July.
