Samsung launches ‘Marine’ Mobile phone in India

Today, Samsung Marine (B2100)’s introduction is announced by Samsung. It is the first “Outdoor Phone” in the Indian market by Samsung. The press release describes the phone is encased in anti-shock urethane material, and is built to withstand the bumps, bangs, scrapes and even withstand dust and water. 

The dust protection and water protection (under up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes) is available by this new mobile phone featuring the IP57 certification. This latest device can cope up with the tough environments, including rain, fog, humidity, sand and extremely hot and cold temperatures, etc. – and is tested under specifications defined by the US Department of Defence with Military Standard 810F (MIL-STD-810F).   

In addition to this, Samsung Marine features external speakers, noise cancellation and a flash light.  

The Samsung Marine (B2100) also has multimedia features like built-in camera, camcorder, FM radio, a music player and expandable memory (up to 8GB). The red and green colors are available in Samsung Marine and can be yours for just Rs 7030/-
