Earlier it was reported that, Sony is launching its cyber-shot cameras TX1 and WX1 in US but now the news is true for India as well as they are announced in India too. Both cameras are well-equipped with handheld twilight along with anti-motion blur multi-shot modes.

Sony DSC-TX1 has 16.5mm thickness and consists of a 10.2MP sensor. The device has a 3-inch Clear Photo LCD Plus display that offers easy navigation. The camera includes additional features like   the Carl Zeiss vario-Tessar lens, 4x telescopic zoom and the company’s Optical SteadyShot image stabilization technology.

Another camera DSC-WX1 comprises of a 2.7-inch Clear Photo LCD Plus display along with a 10.2MP sensor. It also fits in features like Sony G lens and wide-angle 24-120mm 5x optical zoom. 

Both TX1 and WX1 cameras includes Sony’s novel ‘Exmor R’ back illuminated CMOS sensor technology that enables crystal clear images and enhanced low-light performance in less noise. Sony cameras gather extra light via the CMOS sensor technology in comparison to the old models. Moreover, this technology helps in capturing six distinct images in less than a second.

Both the cyber-shot devices are adorned with Sony’s Sweep Panorama mode that provides users with excellent wide-angle landscape shots. The cameras have capability f flaunting 10 frames per second. The TX1 and WX1 cameras embrace capabilities of taking up to 185 and 256-degree panorama shots respectively.

Moreover, together the chic devices feature Intelligent Auto/ iAuto mode, Face detection and Pet mode along with featuring the Smile Shutter technology. They also include HD video capability that enables recording HD movies in 720p high- definition MPEG4 format together with the Intelligent Scene mode.

The Sony Cyber-shot TX1 will be available in India for Rs. 20,990 and WX1 for Rs. 19,990.
