Tata Motors will soon roll out its electric car Indica Vista in Europe. Indica Vista will be the second e-car to be exported from India after Reva G-Wiz.

The Ratan Tata’s company will be investing £20-million (Rs 160 crore) for the electric car project in Norway and later will launch the product in other parts of the world. Europe is the main target for the e-car currently by Tata.

Currently, the company does not have any plans to roll out the new electric Indica Vista in India. If the demand is seen and sales are good, than the company may think about starting a manufacturing unit in India also.

Moreover, Tata Motors are also actively looking into opening the plant in UK as well but need to get the government approval. As per the latest update, the company is in conversation with the Govt. to get the project approved once it is done they will go ahead with it.

Tata Motors' application to the commerce ministry informed that, “The car Indica Vista EV will run on the lithium-ion batteries will be much faster than the petrol and diesel version of it currently running in India. The car will have a top speed of 151 km an hour, maximum power of 55 kw at 4,000 rpm and 190 Nm of torque.”

So, this new electric vehicle is much faster, better, economic and most of all saves our mother nature from pollution.
