The hot and favorite car designer Dilip Chhabaria has now joined his hands with Carnation Auto Company that’s just launched before couple of months in order to expand their business portfolio and design all type of cars.

The new DC tie up with Carnation (DC-Carn) boasts of providing complete customization solutions and semi-customization kits across the country.

Carnation Auto, started by former Maruti Suzuki MD Jagdish Khattar will start selling customising car kits made by Chhabria’s DC Design at the price of up to Rs 80,000 for Tata Nano, for Maruti Suzuki it will be priced between Rs 45,000 to Rs 60,000 and between Rs 60,000 to Rs 75,000 for the Honda City. Moreover, first of all will be doing a renewed Toyota Innova with changed interiors and entertainment features will cost Rs 4.95 lakh and will carry enhanced interactive features.

Jagdish Khattar, chairman and managing director, Carnation Auto said, “Our tie-up with DC Design will take us one step closer to fulfilling our vision of addressing the needs of many car owners across the country. A nationwide world-class car care backup network and warranty will provide to customers the assurance that their customised cars are in good hands when they need to be serviced.”

DC Design would provide the design for cars and luxury bus coaches, while the sales and servicing part for the designs will be taken care of by Carnation as per the business model. However, this partnership does not mean DC Design will route all its businesses through Carnation.

Dilip Chhabria told,“This is a unique business deal for an independent design studio and an independent auto solution network. Our products will be affordable”.

DC Design boasts that the car will be one of their own with the minor or major changes done to original model as per the owners wish. Currently, USA is leading in such cars but thinks Indian market will also look forward with the new trend.
