Bajaj plans to roll out Kawasaki Ninja on 5th October

Bajaj Auto is all set to roll out its much awaited sports bike Kawasaki Ninja 250R in India on 5th October. Japanese two-wheeler maker Kawasaki manufactured, Ninja 250R is an entry-level sports bike.

The Ninja 250R arrives with a 250cc liquid cooled parellel twin engine, which 30PS of max power and a peak torque of 21Nm. 

There were lot of conflicts but after all now the bike is all set to be launched. Rajiv Bajaj Bajaj Auto MD said, “The bookings would start just ahead of Diwali and the deliveries would happen immediately.”

Rajiv added, “A new version of Pulsar would also be launched within three months.”

The Kawasaki Ninja 250R would be available in a range of Rs 1.50 lakh and Rs 2 lakh.

Bajaj Auto saw a sharp dip in sales last year but now it seems to be going well with huge jump from the 110,000-unit figure almost a year ago. The increase in sales has resulted in shortage of production which in turn resulted in more waiting period.
