Report says, donkeys and dogs disturbed the Hollywood star, Julia Roberts for the shooting of her upcoming flick ‘Eat, Love and Pray’ directed by Ryan Murphy along with co-star Richard Jenkins.
The movie is being shot in a Haryana village, around eight km from Pataudi which is the royal seat of Saif’s family. She met there Sharmila Tagore and desired to meet Saif and Kareena as she will be playing her role in the Hindi remake of the Hollywood hit ‘Stepmom’ starring Roberts and Susan Sarandon.
As soon as Ryan Murphy uttered “rolling camera”, two donkeys reportedly began braying and disturbed the shooting sequence. Later on crew and other members became successful in pushing away the donkeys out of the scene and just when everything came back to normal, a dog began whining.
Julia still is very patience and seems to be loving Indian tradition and food. Roberts seems to have won all she interacted with in India-villagers, media persons following her, and the Indian crew members.
She is also seen drinking tea with the Indian people and asked for Indian sweets, also. She visited Swami Dharam Dev in Ashram Harimandir hermitage in nearby Pataudi, he put a marigold garland around her neck and tied traditional red-white mauli thread around her wrist. She also wore a simple ruddraksh mala and a shawl covering her all day.
From all her things we can see that she is very simple and loves Indian traditions and style. Her movie Eat, Pray, Love is expected to be released in 2011.
