Asin stars with Abhi in ‘Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey’

Asin, the South Indian star is signed for the Ashutosh Gowariker’s upcoming flick “Khelein Hum Ji Jaan Sey” with Abhishek Bachchan as the lead male star opposite to Asin. The movie was previously offered to the Beauty Queen Aishwarya Rai.

The report says that the actress accepted the movie without even going through the script as Gowariker’s name was associated with it. 

“Asin met Ashutosh at his Khar office four days ago and Asin accepted the offer refused to even listen to the narration saying that she had full faith in the director. The actress told him that she has seen his previous films and was looking forward to working with him”, says sources.

The film is based on journalist Manini Chatterjee's book Do and Die. A source says that Gowarikar has been impressed with her debut performance in Ghajini and her other films in the South. Abhishek Bachchan will portray the role of Surjya Das in it. The movie will be a period thriller film.

After the What's Your Raashee? with Priyanka Chopra and Harman Baweja, this movie is expected to be a good one too.
