Audi partners World Economic Forum's India summit

Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, will partner the World Economic Forum’s India Economic Summit by making available its premium model range for the delegates attending the summit. The summit will be hosted in New Delhi from November 8th to November 10th, 2009.

Mr. Benoit Tiers, Managing Director, Audi India, said,  “Audi has a close association with the World Economic Forum (WEF) for more than 20 years and supports their activities globally. The India Economic Summit provides an important platform to fuel India’s growth and Audi India is proud to be associated with the summit. This year, the World Economic Forum celebrates 25 years of collaboration and active engagement in India and is regarded as an effective platform for formulating an agenda to further India’s growth. It will bring together key domestic and international stakeholders to discuss the economic, political and social priorities for India to sustain high growth and remain competitive amid an unprecedented global economic crisis and discuss new challenges to the region’s security.

AUDI AG has been the exclusive provider of the chauffeur service at the Annual Meeting in Davos since 1987, facilitating the travel during the meetings of economic experts and political leaders in Switzerland.
