Acer is coming up with two of its newest products, revealed on Friday, and said they'd be on global markets soon.
The first product is the Acer Aspire 1820PT. It is a small, thin laptop with an 11.6-inch touchscreen that can swivel and fold down over the keyboard to allow it to be used as a tablet PC. This latest laptop will cost between $600 and $700 (Rs. 30,000 & Rs. 35,000 approx.) and be out in time for Christmas.
Acer also said that it has a battery life of 8 hours with an Intel Core 2 Duo ultra low voltage microprocessor inside and uses Windows 7.
The Acer’s spokeswoman said that the company’s new Liquid smartphone, which uses Google's Android mobile operating system, will be available around the end of November.
The Taiwanese PC vendor said earlier this month that the 3.5-inch touchscreen device uses a Qualcomm 8250 Snapdragon chipset with a 768MHz processing core.
The Liquid smartphone supports version 1.6 of Google's Android mobile operating system. Its dimensions are 115 millimeters long, 62.5mm wide and 12.5mm thick. The device comes loaded with a 5MP camera. More features will be coming soon!
