BenQ releases latest digital cameras – C1250 and C1255

BenQ announced  the release of their latest digital cameras – the C1250 and C1255. Equipped with a 12-megapixel sensor, smart scene detection technology, 3X optical zoom and a bright 2.7” LCD display, the C1250 and C1255 combines chic design with smart technologies, making taking crisp photos with ease and style.

Capably chic
With the bigger and brighter LCD with is equipped with 2 LED modules for backlighting, the 2.7” LCD display displays pictures clearly even in the mid afternoon sun. Moreover, with ISO up to 6400 (VGA and HD 16:9), you can be confident when shooting in low light, pictures will come out blur-free and sharp, looking natural with the mood of the scene preserved. Also, you never have to worry about low-battery situations and missing out on previous moments as this reasonable priced camera is powered by 2x AA batteries.

Encased in a stylish exterior, the 12 megapixels C1250/C1255 comes in black and silver, giving you a 3x zoom lens, making it easy to take crisply detailed shots whether your subject is near or far-off. Smart on Scenes, Smart on Faces
C1250/1255 uses Scene Detection Technology to analyze the scene to be shot in detail: Subject brightness; Contrast; Distance and Overall hue. The camera then immediately chooses one of eight possible modes, to ensure perfect settings for your shot: Landscape, Night scene, Night Portrait, Sunset, Macro, Portrait, Backlight, and Backlight Portrait.

The C1250/C1255 is especially adept at photos of people, drawing on advanced technology to automatically track faces, capture smiles, detect blinks, and beautify skin tones. The Smile Catch & Blink Detector functions help to capture the perfect spontaneous smile by automatically shooting in rapid succession – ideal for candid moments. The Blink Detector alerts you when a subject has blinked, allowing the shot to be retaken immediately or saved according to your preference. Moreover, “Beauty Enhancer” is a pre-processing feature, which beautifies your subject’s skin tone, getting rid of unwanted blemishes.

The C1250/C1255 digital camera will be available worldwide in March.
