Orchid Ford, brand new 3-S dealership now in Meerut

Ford India extended its customer sales and service footprint in Uttar Pradesh by opening Orchid Ford, a brand new 3-S (showroom, sales and service) dealership facility in the city of Meerut.  Nigel Wark, Ford India's executive director of marketing sales & service officially inaugurated the exclusive dealership along with Orchid Ford's dealer principal Gaurav Agarwal.

Orchid Ford will be Ford India's authorized Brand at Retail showroom in the city of Meerut built according to Ford's global standard to guarantee a memorable and pleasant motoring and ownership experience to all customers to ensure a long-term association with the Ford Blue Oval. The dealership is spaciously built and covers an area of 17,000 square feet. It is strategically located in Partapur on the Meerut Bye Pass Road.

Orchid Ford will be Ford India’s eighth dealership within the state of Uttar Pradesh and will serve sales and service needs of customers in Meerut and the neighboring towns of Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Baghpat and Bulandshahar.

At the inauguration, Nigel Wark, said, ''Ford's growth in India is driven by many factors including the opening of new dealerships and expanding our on-the-ground sales and servicing network. With facilities like this terrific Orchid Ford outlet, our current and new customers can enjoy more choice, convenience and the latest in car sales and service industry for an enhanced ownership experience.''

The new facility will house Ford India’s entire product portfolio including its debut compact car Figo which has already crossed 25000 booking milestone in close to 100 days of its launch. At the inauguration Nigel handed over the keys of the Figo to a customer from Meerut. Orchid Ford's showroom boasts of large product display area, multiple sales counters, a customer lounge and play area for children. It has a staff of 20 sales personnel.

In addition, the service centre has 8 mechanical bays and 5 body bays and is run by a team of 30  people trained by Ford personnel. Orchid Ford will soon be introducing two dedicated Quick Service bays providing an express 90-minute scheduled servicing option.

The dealership will offer easy finance options to customers and has tie-ups with leading banks such as HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, State Bank of India and ICICI Bank. With the launch of Orchid Ford Ford India’s dealer networks will nationally reach 167 locations across 97 cities in the country.

It is a very good for our city that Orchid Ford, brand new 3-S dealership. Now the customer have more options to choices for a good budget & safe car.
