To provide its customers with a gratifying photographic experience this festive season, Canon India Pvt. Limited, India’s No 1. Complete Digital Imaging Company today announced the inauguration of its Level IV Master Service Centres in the heart of the Capital, Delhi. Located at Barakhama Road, at an area of 2,500 square feet, this is Delhi’s first Canon owned camera repair and service centre designed on international standards. The company has invested Rs. 2 crores on building as well as equipping it with the latest technology facilities and tools. This is Canon’s 11th service centre and fifth Level IV Master Centre of the country.
The centre has been designed and equipped to handle services of all Canon digital cameras, DVs, DSLRs and lenses. Services offered include repair of all Canon digital cameras and lenses, Digital SLR sensor cleaningcleaning and professional support on software upgradation.The highlight is a specially designed dark room which conforms to international standards meant for high precision lens calibrations required by professional photographers. During the last four years, Canon India has sold more than 1 million digital cameras including the professional D-SLR range in the Indian market and with the growing need from the customers in Delhi, this new service centre is operational from today itself and Canon expects to reach out to 1000 walk in customers through this service centre every month.
At the inauguration, Mr. Kensaku Konishi, President and CEO, Canon India said, “We are delighted to launch our Master Service Centre in Delhi as customer satisfaction and customer delight is the backbone of Canon’s operations. The inauguration of the service centre is an extension of our focus on providing enhanced personalized services of international standards to our customers. Canon already has 11 state of art camera service centres in the country and will expand this reach to 15 service centres all over India by the end of this year.”
The New Level IV Master Service Centres are equipped with all the necessary tools of international standards with resolution tester service, a first of its kind in India, for adjustment of Canon’s professional lenses. It also has a dark room facility to handle lenses and DSLR adjustments. To mention a few-

The engineers in the service centres are trained by the trainers from South & South East Asia Training Centre located at Singapore.
The existing Level IV Master Service Centre in Gurgaon will continue at a new address located at the Vipul Agora in Gurgaon.
