Samsung Galaxy S II i9103 Expected to Arrive in India in April

Bookmark and Share SATURDAY, March 19, (News Locale) - Samsung is going all-out on its Galaxy series of smartphones as it seeks to cash in on the huge popularity of the series. The Korean electronics giant had introduced the Samsung Galaxy S II i9100 at the Mobile World Congress last month.

Now, the company will launch a second model of this series called the Samsung Galaxy S II i9103, which will sport the Nvidia Tegra 2 processor instead of Samsung’s Exynos processor. This model will have Super Clear LCD display instead of 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display seen in the Galaxy S II i9100, Mobile Review has reported.

Samsung Mobiles will also have Android 2.3 with Touchwiz 4.0, 8 megapixel primary camera with 1080p video capture and 2 megapixel front camera for video calls.  The handset will include 1 GB RAM and will be available models of 16 and 32 GB.

The Galaxy S II is expected to arrive in India next month and although the price is as yet unknown, it is thought that the device will be competitively priced to compete with the iPhone and HTC models.
