Acer comes up with laptop with swivel screen and Liquid Smartphone

The first product is the Acer Aspire 1820PT. It is a small, thin laptop with an 11.6-inch touchscreen that can swivel and fold down over the keyboard to allow it to be used as a tablet PC. Mercedes-Benz sales up 7% to 88,400 units in October

The smart brand sold 9,300 (October 2008: 11,300) units (minus 18 percent). With the delivery of 97,700 passenger cars (October 2008: 93,800), total sales at Mercedes-Benz Cars increased by four percent. The October sales increase was due to the E-Class and the new generation of the S-Class as well as to high growth rates in many regions such as North America and Asia/Pacific.
