New Woman - The minimalist response to a legitimate desire for something new. The little textile or knitted coat is the passport to the future. Made of luxury materials, it clings to the body and complements knee-length skirts, stretch stirrup pants, cropped jackets and boleros. All in black and earth.

Sweet Military – Little roughness, lots of tenderness for the military look. There’s green, there are short jackets, cargo pants, but our feminine soul surrenders to soft skirts, little dresses, crossover knitted tops, and to lilac, apricot or alabaster ponchos in soft shades.

Hot Road Folk – Demureness on a motorbike. You need full, flared skirts and little flared jersey dresses, short belted jackets. A contrasting mixture which engenders pop motifs, romantic flowers and light knits in the shades of the sunset, or asphalt black and smoke.

Box North Pole – When the frost bites, bright colours emerge and knitwear becomes a must. The latest trend in overwear is in fact for chunky knits sewn like fabric alternated with wool coats and jackets; layered, striped sweaters over ever-fashionable jeans. Wool dresses satisfy the cheekier among us.

Men’s Collection:
Wide-open spaces, vast horizons, snowy mountain chains, the valleys of the great lakes, cities of the future and those of old Europe all influence the UCB man’s wardrobe for next autumn-winter.

Montreal Metropole du Quebec – Parisian chic and hi-tech simplicity for the urban man in grey and black with a few green accents. Tweed, Prince of Wales check, herringbone wools and stretch corduroy for slim-fitting clothes: long overcoats, formal suits, Jersey and knits feature small patterns . A look for the office and for the aperitif ritual.

Le Mariniers du Nova Scotia - The fragrance of sea air and grass, of pubs and ports. The sports-loving man introduces colour and heavy fabrics to his wardrobe. Pea jackets and country parkas, fustian trousers and distressed jeans, wind and cold-beating hooded pullovers with maxi collars. All in the shades of the earth and the ocean with occasional touches of orange and purple. A casual theme with a touch of formals appropriately teamed with bags, shoes & belts for that complete look.

Territoires du Nord Ouest – A mountain look, with lots of good protection against the cold, from the down coats and jackets to the faux fur-trimmed hoods. Underneath, soft sweaters with handknitted-look jacquard; heavy, accessoried trousers resistant to the cold, snow and wear. Pine-green and bark-brown with lemon-yellow and cyclamen-pink.

Brighter of all the looks, colors like bright orange break the winter monotony.

Children’s Collection:
Season after season, United Colors of Benetton discards banal stereotypes and rejuvenates the style in childrenswear, from birth onwards. So here are the fashions for children next winter: everything is new and different – as new and different as the children born into our modern times and our global, diverse world.

Girl:
Hello school – Glossy fabrics sparkling with rhinestones and a very special mascot: Pucca is the little girl who appears on colourful punk outfits. Tartan and denim minis with leggings and trompe l’oeil T-shirts; pullovers, striped over-knees and down jackets as polished as mirrors. A stationery range is available for those who want to take Pucca to school.

Girlish – Feminine chic in grey and black. Baggy trousers and figure-shaped wool overwear. Light knits with corduroy details. Dazzle-effect stud and metal-foil decorations. Variations on a pink theme.

The Vintage Shop – An abundance of mottled knits and distressed denim, floral flannel and glittering embroidery; handmade knitted jackets and faux fur-trimmed hoods.

Free style – A mixture of animal prints, Prince of Wales check and polka-dots in brown, fuchsia and silver-gold. Animals leave prints on the jacket and sweatshirt; dots scatter over satin linings and little jersey dresses; the “princely” check limits itself to loose-fitting, ultra-elegant trousers.

British winter – A prim little miss in autumn shades: pleated, herringbone minis; jodhpurs; geometric or floral jacquard pullovers; boleros and ponchos to keep out the cold. Yarn-dyed blouses display a country style with a touch of glamour.

Urban mix – Ethnic passions in dusty shades. Corduroy, denim, faux sheepskin and flowers. A romantic mood for light knitwear; egg-shaped, godet-sleeved little dresses; plastron blouses.

New trend – Snowy white and grey in silvery company. Memories of the ice in well-padded little jackets, in the sparkling sequinned motifs, in decorative buttons. Lurex-striped sweaters are worn with dark-grey jeans. Soft pullovers and sweatshirts.

Boy:
2 Cool 4 School – Word games in the classroom and a soccer-fan style. In the company of Mickey Mouse who pops up everywhere. Lots of colours for everyday classics. The little green logo is a Mickey Mouse silhouette. Matching accessories for school.

House of boys – Ultra smart from toddlers on: dark blue, grass green and brown, separately or together in a tartan. Shiny nylon bomber jackets, tartan blazers, striped and diamond-patterned pullovers. Badges galore.

Vintage shop – A good dose of denim and brown corduroy, both of which are faded and worn. An Old America mood with an abundance of details and embroidery. Flannel check shirts and mottled sweaters

Teen rebel – Everything’s black and red with studs and silver-foil prints. The bomber jacket looks great over tight jeans. A touch of camo and leather.

Athletic retrò – A casual look centred around the tracksuit style of the 70s. Bands, piping and two-tone schemes. A beige parka over grey and mustard articles. A little cockerel creates a theme.

Royal navy – A nautical look in dark blue caban jackets and camo trousers with touches of red in script and graphic motifs. Black and burgundy in addition to dark blue.

New frontiers – Designed for the little mountain man who’s not afraid of the cold. Long jackets and bomber jackets lined with flannel and trimmed with faux fur. Pullovers full of stripes and hand-knitted cables. Tartan shirts are a must.
